Channel 3 WXYZ operates as a surreal, retro public access television station. The project entails several recurring in-universe programs (with more in the works as we speak) for audiences to experience and decode such as:

A Very Special Episode: A series of standalone, bizarre broadcast specials (like the recently recovered Lost Film Rolls of Alabaster Slim).

ZRL: Zero Request Live: Stripped-down, acoustic music covers and audio manipulation broadcast from nowhere (featuring covers of Nine Inch Nails and John Carpenter).

Book Club: Analytical deep dives into art, memoirs, and pop culture history through a retro lens (such as our recent Tim Curry tribute).

deep in the woods: Philosophical video essays exploring the intersections of limitations, art, and horror.

Crucially, all of these seemingly separate videos, programs, and their accompanying Shorts are part of an interconnected storyline that branches across the entire channel and will slowly reveal itself over time. The overarching aesthetic blends VHS found-footage with strange, station-hijacking lore.
