Travis Gorman is a working-class man from Pittsburg, Kansas who claims that a local horror novel, "I Would Die For You" by Sulemana Abudu, is not fiction. He says the events in the book actually happened, the people in it are real locals with changed names, and he witnessed much of it himself. He has been maintaining a Facebook profile since August 2024, documenting what he saw: a professor's descent, a strange book with a red cover purchased at a real local flea market, a police report he filed and kept a copy of, and a mugshot from a fictional county records page.

The project spans:
- whoismvoss.carrd.co (ARG site, the primary trailhead)
- Travis Gorman Facebook profile (10 months of in-character posts)
- The Pittsburg Oddcast (2-episode podcast, in-world)
- The novel itself (available on Amazon/Kindle/Audible/Spotify as an audiobook)
- A companion comic (Chapter 1, available on Gumroad)
- A companion music album (Spotify)
