In 1987, the city of Kisaragi was completely wiped off the map, leaving behind only rubble, and a drowned landscape of what used to be a thriving city. The few that survived the massive storm say it was due to a vengeful spirit, with claims stating that before the storms rolled in, the sky was filled with screams, and... Television Static. With the sudden appearance of four tapes several years later, will we finally learn the truth of what really happened to the city?

In 2008-05-17, a camera was discovered amidst a pile of rubble during clean up of Thermon's storm surge. While damaged, its contents were still extracted successfully. Its footage, however, only led to further questions. The case stalled, and upon reaching the investigative deadline, the Skower County Police Department released most of the tapes to the public. The events displayed and discussed within the tapes contradict what's known to be true in public consciousness, let alone ignoring the further dilution created by these tapes seemingly being posted online to OUR reality.

So is enough information present? Can you figure out the truth? Are the sources themselves truthful?

A mid-2000's style website, 'Weird Stuff That Happens,' reads like a cute collective of people who met online who just want to inform you about Weird Stuff That's Happened.

Needless to say, this wonderfully stylistic project is one of the weird items. If you miss the age of unfiction storytelling using websites (or just the old way we used to design things and experience the internet), then this is definitely for you. - Nick

A channel dedicated to finding the origins of popular internet horror images, notably from creepypastas, stumbles down a disturbing rabbit hole when the channel researcher delves into the history of the Smile Dog image and discovers the real thing. Links are found between Smile Dog and various other internet mythos as the researcher digs through the histories of ever-evolving image entities in an effort to find a way to end the haunting.

The description for this channel is brief, but to the point:

"hey all, scampy here! this is a channel dedicated to playing a collection of games i found on an old computer."

(This usually doesn't turn out well for the player, does it? - Nick)
