Waiting For Welfare is a comedy horror series in the same veins as Twin Peaks and Trailer Park Boys, with a little Texas Chainsaw thrown in for good measure. The series premise is that the characters are living in a graphic novel but don't realize it. Also the series connects to an up and coming novel series called Cobalt Town. The project has been diligently worked on for twenty something years. But the newest saga, Assault On Cannibal Hill is a great jumping on point. It has an eclectic cast of characters with unique personalities and abilities.
